Name me a feeling that comes close to having a clean kitchen and lighting a fresh candle.

I’ll go first 👇🏾

I have a fear of flying, it’s my busiest time of year for the candle business and I’ve never left my girls for a week, so I must’ve really wanted to do this course.
I knew all about the Grasse Institute and that the Grasse region is the perfume capital of the world, as I’m sure anyone who loves fragrance does, and I’d always wanted to visit.
I was planning on doing the two week perfumery course next spring but when I saw the advanced candle one come up for this year I knew I couldn’t miss the opportunity.
Places at the school are limited and are usually fully booked straight away so I was lucky to get a spot.
We learned so much about soap and the chemistry behind it, the chemical compounds of fragrance and so much more.
We had master perfumers teaching us and even they said they’re still learning every day.
It was a life changing week and I was lucky to meet some amazing women from all over the world, who share the same passion.
